KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia closed lower on Thursday on heavy selling of glove stocks, especially Top Glove and Hartalega, which help drag the FBM KLCI down nearly 1.5%.
At 5pm, the KLCI was down 22.14 points or 1.44% to 1,515.40. Turnover was 9.41 billion shares valued at RM5.42bil. There were 315 gainers, 873 losers and 377 counters unchanged.
