KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) said the nation’s courier industry’s service showed a slight improvement last year.
According to its Annual Courier Assessment, the Courier Industry’s Customer Service Index rose to 70 per cent in 2019 from 66 per cent in 2018.
