IJM wins RM865mil Penang mall job

PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd has secured a contract to build an 11-storey retail mall and convention centre in Seksyen 8, George Town, Penang for RM864.7mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, IJM said its unit, IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, had accepted the letter of award from Tumpuan Azam Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IJM Perennial Development Sdn Bhd (IJMPD).
