Bursa Securities said if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within five market days after the expiry of the relevant timeframes it shall suspend the trading in the securities of such listed issuer.
KUALA LUMPUR: Pasdec Holdings Bhd
has until Friday to submit its outstanding annual report for the financial year ended Dec 31,2019 after it failed to do so despite an earlier extension.
Bursa Malaysia Securities said on Wednesday it had on June 19 extended the deadline until July 31 for Pasdec to submit the AR that included the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors' and directors' reports.
