KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks to watch on Monday include AirAsia X Bhd (AAX), KPJ Healthcare Bhd, Willowglen MSC Bhd, Lotte Chemical Titan Holdings Bhd, Tune Protect Group Bhd and Lotte Chemical Titan Holdings Bhd, according to JF Apex Research.
AAX has triggered the prescribed criteria of Practice Note 17 (PN17) of the Main Market Listing rules, as the airline reported its fourth straight quarterly loss.
However, it said it will not be classified as PN17 in line with PN17 relief measures implemented by Bursa for the period from April 17, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
KPJ Healthcare is disposing of 80% of an Indonesian hospital for RM28mil.
Willowglen has secured a RM12mil contract from Ekovest Construction Sdn Bhd to supply a traffic control and surveillance system.
JF Apex noted that Lotte Chemical Titan, Tune Protect and YTL REIT reported lower quarterly earnings.
Meanwhile, US markets rose on Friday following gains in technology counters after they beat expectations on quarterly earnings.
The European stocks declined following concerns over a second wave of coronavirus.
“Following the mixed performances in the US and Europe, the FBM KLCI could remain sideways below the stubborn resistance of 1,615 points,” JF Apex said.
