PETALING JAYA: CIMB Thai Bank pcl’s net profit jumped 115.6% to 1.38 billion baht (RM186.23mil) in the first half ended June 30, 2020, on higher operating income and a decline in expected credit losses.
It said the improvement was mainly attributed to a 10.5% growth in operating income and a 6.6% drop in expected credit losses, partially offset by a 5.8% increase in operating expenses.
