’s joint venture company Culzean W2E Ltd has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Medisoft Ltd to collaborate on a waste-processing project.
“The MoU creates no contractual relationship between Culzean and Medisort but is aimed to provide a platform, a goal to which both Culzean and Medisort is aiming to achieve, ” said Tex-Cycle in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
