Aurora Italia gets Bursa nod for LEAP Market listing


Aurora Italia managing director Datin Wira Yvonne Lim said the home-grown Penang-based company expects to raise RM3.10mil via the placement exercise.

KUALA LUMPUR: Premium jewellery brand Aurora Italia International Bhd has received Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd’s approval to list on the LEAP Market.

The listing exercise involves placing out 30.61 million shares or 10% of the enlarged share capital to selected sophisticated investors at 10 sen per share, it said in a statement on Monday.
