Stella said the development will be on a 24.95-hectare land in Kuala Selangor for a mixed development, as well as for the "Selangor Seafood Centre” project.
KUALA LUMPUR: Construction firm Stella Holdings Bhd said it has won a tender to jointly develop a 61.65 acres of state-owned land in Kuala Selangor into a mixed development and seafood centre.
The gross development value of the project was estimated at RM248.2mil, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
Stella said it has accepted the Letter of Conditional Acceptance of Tender dated June 30 from Permodalan Negeri Selangor Bhd (PNSB) today.
The tender is for the proposed mixed development and “Selangor Seafood Center” on the parcel of land owned by PNSB in Kuala Selangor.
"The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Stella Group for the future financial years," it said.
