UOA to acquire more land for development


“New property sales for the quarter ended March 31,2020 was approximately RM114.8mil, with contributions mainly from projects such as United Point Residence, The Goodwood Residence, Aster Green Residence, Sentul Point, South Link Lifestyle Apartments (pic) and other sale of inventories, ” it said.

PETALING JAYA: UOA Development Bhd is looking to acquire more land as it remains focused on pursuing property developments within the Greater Kuala Lumpur region.

The group said in its latest financial results announcement yesterday that its property development business continues to be backed by an unbilled sales of approximately RM640.9mil as at March 31.
