Sime Darby Plantation appoints Megat Najmuddin as chairman

KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Plantation Bhd (SDP) has appointed Tan Sri Megat Najmuddin Megat Khas as chairman effective July 1.

In a statement Tuesday, SDP also announced that Tan Sri A. Ghani Othman has stepped down as chairman and member of the board effective today.
