KUALA LUMPUR: Carmakers may need to realign their strategies and production schedules with their principals and vendors as they move forward in the post-movement control order (MCO) period, says Affin Hwang Capital research.
The research house said many automakers have yet to revise their 2020 sales targets, which could be due to uncertainty over how Malaysians would behave given the wage cuts and higher unemployment rates.
