PETALING JAYA: Following the Covid-19 outbreak which has reduced its face-to-face sales with customers, Aeon Credit Service (M) Bhd is speeding up its digital transformation to increase sales via digital platforms.

Managing director Yuro Kisaka said during the start of the movement control order, the company ceased customer-facing and other frontline operations across its entire branch network and this directly impacted its business.
