Global markets, teetering on the edge a steep correction, heaved a sigh of relief at the stimulus. Japan's Nikkei surged 4.1% while South Korea's Kospi soared 4.3%. In China, Shanghai's Composite Index gained 0.9% while Hong Kong's Hang Seng climbed 3%.
