BHIC secures submarine contract


KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Heavy Industries Corp Bhd (BHIC) said the Defence Ministry (Mindef) has awarded its indirect subsidiary a one-year contract worth RM154.3mil to provide in-service support for the Royal Malaysian Navy's submarines.

Boustead DCNS Naval Corp Sdn Bhd (BDNC), which is 60% owned by BHIC Defence Technologies Sdn Bhd, had received the letter of award today.
