HSS cautiously optimistic on growth plans amid new normal in ops


Speaking at the virtual press conference after the group’s AGM, executive vice-HSS Engineering chairman Tan Sri Kuna Sittampalam (file pic) said he expected the construction industry, particularly the infrastructure sector, to play a major role in jump-starting the economy.

PETALING JAYA: HSS Engineers Bhd is cautiously optimistic on its growth plans amid the new normal in operations as the nation enters the recovery phase of the movement control order (MCO).

The engineering and project management consultant is bidding for RM215mil worth of projects, of which two-thirds are in the water sector, with the remaining in transportation and port.
