Hong Leong Bank sustains loan growth momentum


Group managing director and CEO Domenic Fuda (pic) said the banking group remained resilient, as its performance was upheld by sustained loan growth momentum, prudent cost management and stable contributions from its associates.

PETALING JAYA: Hong Leong Bank Bhd (HLB) has posted a lower net profit of RM534.7mil in the third quarter ended March 31, against RM633.8mil in the same period last year, due to operating expenses and allowance for impairment losses.

Revenue for the quarter stood at RM1.12bil against RM1.16bil in the same period a year ago.
