Abdul Rahman to helm CIMB


In a statement, CIMB said Abdul Rahman, who is also non-executive chairman of Sime Darby and Velesto Energy Bhd, succeeded Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz, who relinquished his post to join the government as the Finance Minister.

PETALING JAYA: CIMB Group Holdings Bhd (CIMB) has appointed Datuk Abdul Rahman Ahmad (pic) its group chief executive officer and executive director effective June 10.

Abdul Rahman has also been appointed CIMB Bank Bhd’s chief executive officer and executive director.
