Gloves top gainers but overall market sentiment cautious


KUALA LUMPUR: Glove makers topped the gainers list at midday on Tuesday as concerns about a resurgence in the Covid-19 coronavirus sparked strong interest in healthcare products especially gloves.

At 12.30pm, the FBM KLCI was up just 1.63 points or 0.12% to 1,383.94. Turnover was 3.72 billion shares valued at RM1.95bil. There were 353 gainers, 456 losers and 355 counters unchanged.
