Quick take: ARB rises 9% on emergence of new substantial shareholder

KUALA LUMPUR: Shares of ARB Bhd were actively traded in Wednesday’s morning session, following the emergence of US-based investment management firm Caravan Capital Management LLC as a substantial shareholder in the company.

The IT software and platform provider advanced 9.09%, or 2.5 sen to 30 sen. It is the second most actively traded counter with 21.5 million shares done.
