KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI jumped in Wednesday trading as regional equities advanced on China's central bank reducing a key interest rate to stimulate its economy.
At 12.30pm, the Malaysian benchmark index was 21.47 points higher at 1,393.13, led higher by strong gains in Petronas Chemicals and Tenaga Nasional.
