KUALA LUMPUR: Moody's Investors Service has downgraded the issuer rating of Sime Darby Plantation Bhd and its US$1.50bil debt notes but revised the outlook from negative to stable.
It said on Monday the impact was due to challenges for the Sime Plantation to raise funds from asset sales which will then impact its leverage and liquidity over the next 12-15 months will remain.
