KUALA LUMPUR: Equities turned lower on Friday as investors began cashing out on the recent surge in oil prices as doubts arose over a deal between major oil producers.
Brent crude erased US$1.26 or 4.2% to US$28.68 a barrel after rocketing 21% higher in the previous session.
