SCGM ramps up production of medical protective equipment

PETALING JAYA: SCGM Bhd has diversified into the production of medical protective equipment, as it seeks to tap into the growing demand for medical face shields and face masks.

The plastic product manufacturer, which reported a sharp turnaround in the third quarter ended Jan 31, on a year-on-year (y-o-y) basis, said it has commenced production of two types of medical face shields since February.
