Pestech secures Cambodia job

In its stock filings with Bursa Malaysia, the company yesterday said the contract covered supply, design, construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, energisation and handover of the transmission substation.

PETALING JAYA: Pestech International Bhd has secured a US$7.34mil contract for a project in relation to the construction of Okvau Gold Mine project 230kV grid connection in Cambodia.

In its stock filings with Bursa Malaysia, the company yesterday said the contract covered supply, design, construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning, energisation and handover of the transmission substation.

It was first gold mine transmission substation asset to be undertaken by its wholly owned subsidiary Pestech (Cambodia) Plc.

The project had commenced on March 1 and would be completed within 12 months of commencement.
