Bursa Malaysia index-linked stocks tumble on falling oil prices


The oil price plunge also saw Petronas Chemicals Group Bhd drop to RM4.44 from RM5.10 last year, while Sime Darby Bhd hit an intra day low RM1.86 from RM1.95 a year earlier.

PETALING JAYA: Index-linked stocks tumbled to their near 52-week low, after oil prices crashed by more than 30%.

At 12:30pm yesterday, Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd hit an intra day low of RM5.73 from its previous 52-week intra day low of RM5.96.
