Globalmariner sues THHE for RM74.8mil


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, THHE said Globalmariner is claiming that the approval of the court obtained on Feb 6,2018 for its scheme of arrangement “was by reason of fraud allegedly committed by the defendants or by THHE”.

PETALING JAYA: TH Heavy Engineering Bhd (THHE) has received a writ of summons together with a statement of claim for RM74.8mil by Globalmariner Offshore Services Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, THHE said Globalmariner is claiming that the approval of the court obtained on Feb 6,2018 for its scheme of arrangement “was by reason of fraud allegedly committed by the defendants or by THHE”.
