Sime Darby Property post sales of RM3.1bil


The property developer said its sales were boosted by City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Serenia City, Putra Heights, KL East and Cantara Residences projects.

PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property Bhd posted sales of RM3.1bil last year, 35% higher than its target of RM2.3bil but cautioned that the property market is expected to remain soft in 2020.

The property developer said its sales were boosted by City of Elmina, Bandar Bukit Raja, Serenia City, Putra Heights, KL East and Cantara Residences projects.
