CGS-CIMB Research retains Add for Dialog Group, TP RM5.14

CGS-CIMB Research said near-term earnings drivers were that Langsat 3’s 120,000 cbm facility commenced full operations in Jan 2020, while SPV1 Phase 1E will increase its utilisation over the next two quarters.

KUALA LUMPUR: CGS-CIMB Equities Research is retaining its Add for Dialog Group with sum-of-parts based target price of RM5.14 and unchanged core EPS forecasts, as lower oil prices during 2HFY6/20F may impact earnings.

“Rerating catalysts include potentially higher utilisation and storage rates for Pengerang Phase 1 due to the substantial overcapacity in global oil markets, ” it said on Friday.
