Perak Corp lapses into PN17 category


“To date, there are 27 companies under PN17 which represent 2.99% of the total number of the 901 listed companies on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Malaysia, ” Bursa Malaysia said in the statement.

PETALING JAYA: Perak Corp Bhd has triggered the criteria pursuant to Practice Note 17 (PN17) of the Main Market listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia.

In a statement, Bursa Malaysia pointed out that it would continue to monitor the company’s progress in terms of its compliance with the listing requirements.
