KUALA LUMPUR: All key Asian markets except China closed lower on Monday as the fallout from the coronavirus weakened investor confidence and crude oil prices continued to slide on weaker demand.
At 5pm, the KLCI was down 11.69 points or 0.75% to 1,542.80. Turnover was 2.41 billion shares valued at RM1.91bil. Decliners beat advancers nearly three to one or 597 losers to 285 gainers and 349 counters unchanged.
