SCIB’s revenue likely to surge in two years


AllianceDBS Research forecast SCIB’s top line to hit RM765mil in FY21, as the company charts a new direction following the emergence of billionaire Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah as its controlling shareholder last year.

PETALING JAYA: The revenue of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd (SCIB) could cross the RM760mil-mark in just two years’ time – potentially increasing by 10 times from the RM76mil recorded in the financial year of 2018 (FY18).

AllianceDBS Research forecast SCIB’s top line to hit RM765mil in FY21, as the company charts a new direction following the emergence of billionaire Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah as its controlling shareholder last year.
