KUALA LUMPUR: Innature Bhd
will offer 74.07 million new shares at a retail price of 68 sen per share enroute to its listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, tentatively to be on Feb 20.
The company, which retails and distributes The Body Shop brand of cosmetics and personal care products, said in its prospectus on Wednesday it would also offer for sale 103.2 million existing shares.
