’s 65%-owned indirect special purpose vehicles (SPVs) have won the government’s Feed-in Tariff (FiT) e-bidding small hydro tender through the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia.
The SPVs comprised Batu Bor Hidro Sdn Bhd (BBH) and Lubuk Paku Hidro Sdn Bhd (LPH). Touch Meccanica Sdn Bhd owns the remaining 35 per cent stake in the two companies.
