Court orders Stone Master ex-deputy MD to pay RM11.54mil for wrongful loss


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The High Court today ruled that the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has successfully proven its case against former deputy managing director of Stone Master Corp Bhd, Datin Chan Chui Mei for causing RM11.54mil wrongful loss to the company.

SC said based on the facts of the case, Stone Master had entered into agreements with 23 foreign companies for the exclusive rights to market and promote products belonging to the companies.
