KLCI lower at midday as Petronas-linked stocks, Tenaga slip


Year-to-date foreign net outflow from Malaysia as of last Friday has reached RM11.13bil, only RM561.0mil short of last year’s total foreign net outflow of RM11.69bil.

KUALA LUMPUR: A pullback in crude oil prices and mixed key Asian markets did not provide much catalysts for Bursa Malaysia while the ringgit slipped against the US dollar.

At 12.30pm, the FBM KLCI was down 0.55 of a point or 0.04% to 1,570.61. Turnover was 1.21 billion shares valued at RM760.10mil. There were 302 gainers, 388 losers and 381 counters unchanged.
