EcoWorld Malaysia plans mixed devt in Iskandar Puteri, GDV RM1.67b

KUALA LUMPUR: Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld Malaysia) plans to undertake a mixed residential and commercial township development in Iskandar Puteri, Johor with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.67bil.

It said on Monday its subsidiary Melia Spring Sdn Bhd had inked a deal on for the development of homes for the M40 group on 200 acres of freehold land in Iskandar Puteri next to its Eco Botanic township in Iskandar Malaysia.
