KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Securities Malaysia approved Scomi Group Bhd's corporate exercise to restore its financial health but rejected its application for a waiver from being classified as a Practice Note 17 company.
Scomi Group's multiple proposals involved a proposed share reduction, consolidation and rights issue of shares with warrants, restricted issue and liabilities settlement.
