PETALING JAYA: Widad Group Bhd
has entered into a heads of agreement (HoA) to acquire 100% stake in Innovatif Mewah Sdn Bhd (IMSB) for RM122mil cash.
This will give the company an additional integrated facilities management (IFM) concessionaire worth RM838mil, bringing its total order book to about RM3bil.
