KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Bhd’s earnings came in higher year-on-year (y-o-y) in the first quarter of financial year 2020 (FY20) on the back of better sales and margins at its industrial and motors divisions.
For the three months ended Sept 30,2019, net profit grew 9.33% y-o-y to RM246mil, underpinned by improved revenue of RM9.48bil.
