Fitch Ratings affirms Serba Dinamik's IDR at BB minus, stable outlook


Serba Dinamik's rating reflects its strong market position in Malaysia, where it was the fourth-largest provider of operation and maintenance (O&M) services to the oil and gas industry by revenue in 2017, Fitch Ratings said.

KUALA LUMPUR: Fitch Ratings has affirmed Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd's (SDHB) long-term issuer default rating (IDR) at 'BB-' with a Stable Outlook.

The rating agency had on Monday affirmed SDHB's 'BB-' senior unsecured debt class rating and the 'BB-' rating on the company's US$300mil sukuk due 2022, which was issued by SDHB's unit, SD International Sukuk Ltd (SDIS).
