Solarvest IPO oversubscribed 35 times

PETALING JAYA: Solar photovoltaic system specialist Solarvest Holdings Bhd’s initial public offering (IPO) has been oversubscribed 35 times ahead of its listing on the Ace Market of Bursa Malaysia on Nov 26.

In a statement yesterday, the company said its listing exercise entails the issuance of 98.83 million new shares at an issue price of 35 sen per share, raising approximately RM34.6mil in IPO proceeds.
