PETALING JAYA: Eco World International Bhd (EWI) has topped out its A$315mil (RM892mil) maiden apartment project in Parramatta, Sydney, one of the handful of skyscrapers proposed for the growth corridor to reach its full height.

In a statement yesterday, EWI said its 40-level high West Village project had already secured a 95% take-up rate, with buyers eager to capitalise on its enviable location to Westfield Parramatta shopping centre and the train station, as well as a wide selection of trendy restaurants, bars and boutique cafes.
