PETALING JAYA: GDB Holdings Bhd
has secured a RM213.3mil contract to build the 22-storey Hyatt Centric hotel in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
The group’s wholly owned subsidiary – Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd – accepted the contract from Hap Seng Consolidated Bhd’s Sunhill Ventures Sdn Bhd to undertake the construction works.
