Ire-Tex now a PN17 company


The regulator also said Ire-Tex had failed to make the first announcement under Paragraph 4.1(a) of PN17 of the Main Market LR.

KUALA LUMPUR: Ire-Tex Corporation Bhd has been classified as a Practice Note 17 company after its external auditors, Nexia SSY PLT disagreed with the financial statements of the group and of the company.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd said on Wednesday the disclaimer was in the annual report 2019 for the financial year ended June 30,2019 and announced on Oct 31.
