IFCA shares soar after signing MoU with Huawei


In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, IFCA said it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Huawei to explore project initiatives in areas such as cloud solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), big data and knowledge sharing using Huawei Cloud Technologies.

PETALING JAYA: Shares in software services provider IFCA MSC Bhd soared after the company announced its potential collaboration with Huawei Services (Hong Kong) Co Ltd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, IFCA said it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Huawei to explore project initiatives in areas such as cloud solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), big data and knowledge sharing using Huawei Cloud Technologies.

Yesterday, IFCA’s share price closed 13% higher to 43.5 sen. The counter touched as high as 50 sen during intra-day trading and was among the most highly traded stocks by volume on Bursa Malaysia.
