Bank Negara’s international reserves rise to US$103.3bil

KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Negara’s international reserves increased to US$103.3bil as at Oct 15,2019 from US$103.0 bil as at Sept 30,2019.

In a statement yesterday, the Malaysian central bank said the reserves position was sufficient to finance 7.6 months of retained imports and is 1.1 times the total short-term external debt.
