KUALA LUMPUR: G Neptune Bhd's external auditors Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT has issued a statement of "material uncertainty related to going concern" about the company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30,2019.
The company said on Tuesday the statement included a disclaimer of opinion as the external auditors were unable to obtain sufficient appropriate audit evidence on several aspects.
