During the period under review, Axis REIT will be dishing out a higher dividend of 7.06 sen a share compared to 6.29 sen last year.
PETALING JAYA: Axis Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has posted a 12% decline in its net profit to RM26.15mil in the third quarter ended Sept 30 from RM29.74mil a year ago, due to higher maintenance costs.
Despite the decline in its bottomline, the group has maintained its dividend payment for the quarter at 2.35 sen a share.
