KUALA LUMPUR: MISC Bhd
's vessel-owning units have signed two time charter parties (TCP) worth a total contract value of about US$711mil (RM2.98bil) with Exxon Mobil Corp's SeaRiver Maritime LLC for the charter of two newbuild liquefied natural gas carriers.
The group said in a stock exchange filing that Polaris LNG One Pte Ltd and Polaris LNG Two Pte Ltd entered the contracts with US-based SeaRiver, which provides technical and commercial marine services to ExxonMobil affiliates.
